  • From 2.00pm – Guests arrive at Huka Lodge and orientate.
  • 6.30pm – Guests gather in the Main Lodge Room for pre-dinner drinks and canap├ęs. Kerry Molloy, General Manager, will introduce our guest presenter Nick Farr-Jones.
  • 7.30pm – Enjoy a specially designed five course dinner, created by our Executive Chef Paul Froggatt, to enhance the flavours of the selected Australian Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz wines. At the conclusion of the meal, guests adjourn to the Main Lodge Room for petits-fours, a selection of cheeses and after dinner drinks.

  • From 7.30am onwards – Guests enjoy a full country breakfast in the Main Lodge Dining Room.
  • 11.00am – Check out time for those guests who are departing, for those who are staying on for a day or two – we can custom design a unique program of activities to suit their individual needs.
