From 2.00pm Guests arrive at Huka Lodge and orientate.
For those guests arriving by plane Land Rover will transfer them to Huka Lodge.

6.30pm Guests gather in the Main Lodge Room for pre-dinner drinks and canapés as well as a welcome by Mike Beagley, Managing Director of Rodd & Gunn Australasia and introductions to his team. 
All the presenters for the weekend will also be introduced.

7.30pm Guests are seated for a five-course dinner with a special game theme menu created especially by Executive Chef, Paul Froggatt for the event. Especially matched wines have been selected to complement the dishes.

At the conclusion of the meal guests adjourn to the Lodge Room for petit fours, cheeses and after-dinner drinks.

From 7.00am onwards guests enjoy a full country breakfast at the Main Lodge dining room.

From 9.00am Guests depart for trout fishing trip in a private launch on Lake Taupo, with Chris Jolly Outdoors.

12.30pm Guests return to Huka Lodge.

1.00pm Cooking demonstration with Executive Chef, Paul Froggatt, followed by lunch.

3.30pm John Prikryl, Head Designer, Rodd & Gunn, will present a style forecast for the latest season and introduce the latest collection. He and his team will be available for complimentary individual style consultations with guests during the afternoon.

Tea and Coffee will be served.

4.15 pm Zoli Szalardi will demonstrate some of the finer points of the craft of leather bag and accessory making and will present each guest with a handmade item by way of a gift .

5.00 – 5.30pm Tutored whisky tasting of Tasmania’s famed Nant whisky by founder and owner of the Nant Distillery company Keith Batt.

7.00pm Pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the Lodge Room. 

8.00pm Five-course gourmet dinner, with celebrity guest speaker, Sir Graham Henry.
Especially matched wines have been selected to complement the menu.

At the conclusion of the meal guests adjourn to the Lodge Room for petit fours, cheeses and after-dinner drinks.

From 7.00am onwards guests enjoy a full country breakfast at the Main Lodge dining room.

From 9.30am Guests can be transferred from the Lodge by Range Rover for a mini Sealegs experience on Lake Taupo.

11am is check-out time for those guests who are departing, for those staying on for an additional day or two – we can custom-design a unique program of activities to suit their individual needs.

While every effort will be made to adhere to this programme as detailed, it may be necessary to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control.
