Included in tariff

Pre-dinner drinks, a five-course dinner, accommodation and full country-style breakfast. Use of all Lodge facilities and Taupo Airport transfers if required.

  • 12.5% Goods and Services Tax is applicable on all tariffs. This tax percentage may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • Check-in at 2pm, check-out at 11am.
  • The Lodge Room, Lodge Suite and Escort Room tariffs are quoted on a per person, per night basis. Between 20 December 2010 - 5 January 2011 a minimum two-night stay applies.
  • The tariffs for the Owner’s Cottage and Alan Pye Cottage are both quoted on a per room, per night rate, on a double/twin basis. Contact Reservations for single rates. A minimum two-night stay is required at any time of the year.
  • Tariffs are only valid for individual reservations. For group reservations and conditions contact Reservations.
  • A surcharge applies on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve of NZ$400+GST per person.
  • For the period from 20 December 2010 to 31 January 2011, full pre-payment is required three months prior to arrival date.
  • Please refer to reservations policy for payment terms and other relevant details. These are printed on the confirmation letter.
  • Tariffs are subject to change – please contact Reservations for confirmation, at the time of reservation.
  • Room reservations for five or more rooms on the same date will be treated as a group reservation and group policies will apply.
  • Cancellation policies will be stated in the confirmation letters for both FIT and group reservations.
